Braden presents himself with professionalism in all aspects, very knowledgeable with all aspects of the selling process. He certainly deserves high praise, he never faltered even when there were testing times. I believe Braden to have integrity throughout the process. I would definitely use Braden again if the need arose and will recommend to others.
Braden was fantastic! From the outset Braden was incredibly professional, approachable, enthusiastic and excellent at communicating. We were blown away with how Braden really heard and understood what was important to us. Braden went above and beyond, making the process of selling impressively smooth during an uncertain time. We would highly recommend Braden Chick to anyone looking to buy or sell.
Braden was a real asset to us and went above and beyond in both selling our house, and purchasing our next one. His communication was second to none, and nothing was ever a problem- he had it all covered. We would 100% use Braden again.
Braden has just helped us sell our second property in under 2 years. We went back to Braden because of our good experience the first time, and were pleased again with his enthusiasm and communication, and he got the job done, again.
From listing to completed Sale, Braden gave us 100% buy in to get a solid purchaser, his regular updates, excellent knowledge of processes as well as knowing the market was the key to getting our deal finalised and over the line ...
Braden was so easy to deal with from the initial meeting to complete an appraisal and discuss listing our property to the signing of the sale and purchase agreement and right up until settlement. He made the process so easy and nothing was too much trouble. He did not hesitate in going the extra mile to assist us not only to sell our property but to go with us to give us a second opinion on a property listed with another agent. Braden is a personable young man who has quickly earned himself a great reputation in real estate in the greater Te Awamutu area and has a very strong social media following. We believe he is an honest, hardworking and trustworthy agent who will continue to reap the benefits of the networks he has developed. We would not hesitate to recommend Braden to anyone buying or selling property and would certainly utilise his expertise should we be buying or selling in the future.
Braden recently sold our house and was a fantastic member to have on our team. From the very first time he arrived to appraise our house, we felt reassured by his professional knowledge and his willingness to help us with our next dream. We were so happy with the process and were continually impressed by his professionalism. We were also impressed with his pursuit to get us a fair market price. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending Braden to our family and friends.
