Delighted the house sold in a difficult market

We were introduced to Brad by our Remuera agent. Right from the start he was engaged and willing to assist us in selling our property in a very difficult market. The marketing, photos, videos were excellent. Brad also gave us a contact for home staging which worked out well. The house was well presented and extremely saleable but as the market has drastically slowed right down it was easy to give up but Brad persevered and we got the best result for the market conditions. We would definitely use him again.
