I sold my property through Kathryn and her husband Brad, although throughout the process I mainly dealt with Kathryn, as I understand Brad was working behind the scenes. Since I don’t live in Hamilton, I needed someone who could coordinate everything from start to finish. Kathryn’s communication was always clear and precise, and she responded to texts quickly. She understood my point of view, even when things did not go as planned. There were a couple of hiccups along the way, but Kathryn handled them as best she could and helped smooth things out. She maintained an objective view throughout the process, which helped keep emotions checked. My property was sold within two months at a good price.
