Brad was great at meeting my needs as a purchaser who needed to buy sight unseen. Providing regular, friendly communication as well as the documents, practical advice and helping with digital signatures. He ensured I had virtual tours and inspections and was available as needed to assist with building inspections. This made the process of purchasing much easier.
