Where to begin, Having met Brad by chance at another open home, I knew he was the right person to sell my home. From the start it didn't feel like the traditional bland house sale process, Brad has a way of making both vendor and buyers feel as though the process is easy and laid back while being the scenes working like a mad man to pull it all together. Being on the younger side of people buying and selling houses i often get treated differently to others or not taken seriously, however with brad this was not the case. From day 1 i felt like my opinions and thoughts were respected and valued and it was clear that Brad goes above and beyond to really make his clients feel valued and respected. In the transaction with Brad we were the purchasers. I was very impressed with how Brad was able to make things happen. We didn't have the highest offer but we had the best conditions which was highly important to the vendors. Brad was able to bring both parties to an agreement to make a sale and purchase happen. We had seen many other properties, put offers on other properties, but it felt like the agents were presenting our offers without negotiating an agreement. Whereas Brad was very active in making a deal happen. Brad's communication was exceptional, regular phone calls, letting us know of things before the solicitor told us. Brad cared and it showed. Not directly related to this purchase, a couple of weeks before we met Brad, a random real estate agent bought all the brownies ($46 worth) that my children and their cousins had made and were selling to make pocket money. When we were talking to Brad over the phone, one of our kids recognised the voice as the agent who bought all their brownies. Brad's stock price went up in our eyes. Good karma does work. Whether you are a vendor or potential purchaser, I have zero hesitation in recommending Brad.

I honestly cannot describe in words what happened to me the day i met Brad i just followed a Blue Harcourts open home sign & i got to meet Brad in the process and the rest is now History!! I truely respected listening to Brad in the way he presented the open home i attended he was amazing to watch in action, he had a great energy & his communication style i had total respect within days of meeting him. So we signed up to Team Brad to turn a thought into an action to sell our house, he guided us quickly through the sales process & suggested we go to Auction not his usual style he said, as he normally puts a realistic price bracket on his properties. But for us he suggested to go to Auction in 6 weeks & see how we went. It seemed an impossible task to get the place ready, freshen up a few things, do the open homes & to make my lifestyle block be ready for sale. He has a high energy personality, a bit quirky different to most agents to be fair, he heads off out the gate & gone looking for suitable buyers etc but i look back in the few days post sale & I can definitely say he gets the results because i believed & achieved with his support & guidance through a currently tough market & economy a tough process of selling our much loved property. I don’t know how he gets any sleep, with his career goals, all the properties he is selling etc while juggling his own family commitments & making you feel like you were his only client. All the blood, sweat & tears on my part to achieve the joint goal to sell my house & to hear that Auction Hammer to say Sold on the Day was the best feeling ever. You cannot ask for better with Brad & also his side kick Deron and the amazing Harcourts Hamilton team i met along the way, always the calm to my storm!
