Myself and my partner were looking to relocate due to new work and lifestyle changes, we had spent most the year looking at sections and houses alike in the Waiotahi/ Surrounding areas, Bonny had a house listed that was out of our budget but we asked to view anyway, she took us seriously from the start and promptly organised a private viewing for us. It was quickly decided this was the ideal house for us and met all our wants and needs, we explained our conditions and were honest with Bonny of our intentions of what our offer was likely to be and Bonny encouraged us to have a go and unlike other agents we have dealt with in the past she willingly took our offer to the vendor knowing our conditions of selling houses etc and much to our surprise and delight it was accepted, throughout she kept us well informed and touched base regularly allowing us to have other viewings to measure fridge spaces etc, overall we were very happy with the whole process and love our new home, we will be likely to use Bonny in the future if need be.
