The expertise in decor and how best to present our apartment to prospective viewers to enhance the appearance was very much appreciated. Being overseas for the vast majority of the advertising/marketing and selling period, Bonnie had to make calls to us via WhatsApp on many occasions outside of office hours, check on the cleanliness/presentation in our absence prior to client visitation, make phone calls to our body corporate/solicitor/insurance company on our behalf. Update us via numerous emails and finalise the sale agreement who was also overseas at the time. We have nothing but admiration as to the professional, prompt and efficient manner in which Bonnie marketed, sold our apartment and communicated with all associate parties involved.
