We've had the pleasure of working with Bobby in procuring our new home recently. After failing many auctions and negotiations prior to working with him, he made it happen. All we had to do was inform him our budget and the boxes to tick in terms of the home. Very satisfied with mine/wife's purchase, and ironically as I will not need to look for another home, all I can do at this stage is to recommend.
