At our first introductory meeting, Bob impressed us with his deep understanding and appreciation of the area we live in (Mairangi Bay) and the positives and negatives about our property. Bob is a straight talker which we appreciated whilst being deeply respectful and insightful. He was so easy to deal with, so approachable and personable. He replied to all our questions immediately and gave great honest feedback. We felt we could really trust Bob to guide us throughout the whole process. When everything got more stressful just before the auction, Bob kept his cool and worked hard to coax back any buyers who got cold feet. Bob has worked in real estate for decades, starting in London so he is genuinely amazing at his job but makes it look easy. Bob has a great sense of humour, even joking when he had to pick up dog poo at our first open home! Bob is now our all time favourite agent and we would highly recommend him to sell your home.
