Truly “The People’s Agent”

Bob sold my parents property in early October after a 4 week auction campaign. Throughout the entire process from start to finish he was always so attentive, professional and respectful. Although selling this property was daunting for my parents we knew we were in good hands which made the process so much easier. He was always pushing to do what’s best for his vendors. My parents who are retired were continuously travelling in and out of NZ. The auction itself proceeded whilst they were overseas and were able to watch and connect from Samoa. Bob made everything possible and effortless despite all these movements. Communication is always key when choosing the right agent and Bob fulfilled this standard above and beyond. In addition to this, Bob was able to communicate in Samoan to mum and dad (even though they speak English) which ensured they fully understood the process.
