Right from the beginning he was professional and honest , Not pushy gave enough time for us to make a decision of other options for other agents that we had already engage with . Clear with his knowledge of his job his availability, timeframe . What our responsibilities are and his role and was very understanding in having back up plans with our negotiations. Open and available at any time that was suitable to all parties . We had to to engage with several times when we were overseas in Australia and Samoa and it was never an issues . He made sure we were all set up and able to participate. We are forever grateful for his understanding, respect ,professionalism and commitment. Although it didn’t meet my expectations of the value of our property of the reserved price nevertheless it was the best offer at the time .
