Bob & Anna were my agents for the recent (May 23) sale of my home at 2 The Anchorage Sunny Hills. Bob & Anna have a tested process to sell a house and it works, accordingly we sold as planned. Their important secret is attention to detail and it requires a cooperative Vendor to execute their plan for decluttering, presentation (attending to deferred maintenance) and untidy sections. We were nervous selling in this hard market and stressed on the big anticipated auction day when only 3 houses offered and almost no bidders in the room.
