We were initially unimpressed with (what seemed to us) Blair's "laid back" approach (ie lack of hustle). However we warmed to him as we progressed and found that his follow-through and communications were professional and excellent. He made helpful suggestions about the presentation of our property and kept us fully informed throughout with informative feedback. At his own initiative Blair sought and managed extra open-home viewings (in additional to the number specified in our contract with Harcourts), as he looked to leverage off potential buyer opportunities presented by other open-home viewings in the vicinity.
