He sold us a property 4 years ago and has sold it for us now.

Blair impressed us when we made the purchase 4 years ago and has impressed us again selling for us. Because of our previous dealing with us, we wanted him to work with us again. Before the Open Home, he called to say he had a keen buyer but he wanted us to not get into anything with this buyer, as he suggested we would be better to see who else was out there. So his advice was to make sure we got the best we could. He knows what the market is doing and his advice certainly paid off!
