Blair and his team could not be happier with the efficient and professional sale and process with our property. Would highly recommend and consult with in the future , appreciate the work that Blair and his team put together and how streamline they made the process from start to finish. A++
Blair & his team not only sold our house but were able to help us when we found the house that ticked all of our boxes. It was a couple of months in between selling and buying but would have frequent check ins. Courtney’s communication and ability to work with other agents is seamless! Thanks guys for your superb work!
Blair went above and beyond to market my house to its best advantage as it was a unique house it wasn't an easy task.Blair was constantly coming up with ways to get it noticed. Blair kept me informed all the time as to what was going on with my house and the market in general. I would highly recomend Blair as he did his absolute best for me at all times.
This is the 2nd time I've had Blair and team to sell my property with another 5 star result. Under difficult market conditions Blair, Courtney and Kristina managed to sell my property with a great result. A combination of strategy, tactics, networking, team work, hard work and most importantly great communication skills got the sale across the line. A real dynamic and clever team. Blair is an extremely skilled and charismatic operator but I would like to make a special mention to Courtney additionally brillant who really went above and beyond to finalize a successful finish. Highly recommend this team.
Blair and his team made the sale of our property super easy! No question was a silly question and the team were happy to help any way they could. Communication from the team was always spot on. Blair and the team worked around us, nothing was a hassle. I'd highly recommend Blair and his team if you are looking for a stress free way to market your property!
Only work with Kristina on Blair team and generally the experience is good. Great and punctual communication.
My experience dealing with Blair was exceptional. Communication was a prerequisite for me as vendor and Blair was timely professional and knowledgeable in all matters . Blairs knowledge of the market was bang on , his advice was very much appreciated. I would highly recommend Blair to anyone wanting an agent that is dependable , reliable, approachable, knowledgeable, trustworthy and knows the market.
Blair’s honest and transparent approach puts him ahead of the rest. His marketing and up to date knowledge of the market is like no other which I think is very important in todays market! Kristina and Courtney also had great communication through the whole process and a achieved me a nice stress free sale. I have been dealing with Blair for 7+ years now. I love dealing with Team Blair Pointon they are the best at what they do! :)
After using Blair for a previous property it was an easy decision to go with him again. Blair has the knowledge, experience and most of all motivation to get the best results. We sold our property in record time and settled whilst others still sat on the market and I honestly believe this is purely down to the hard work of Blair and his team hitting it hard and getting the job done. The results speak for themselves and we are so happy with how it all went start to finish. Would recommend Blair over and over again.
We found Blair to be very approachable, and he gave us good advice and guidance throughout the entire process. He and his team worked hard to sell our property under difficult circumstances. Blair demonstrated excellent knowledge of the market which eased the whole process for us, and his communication was first class. Would highly recommend.
It has been a pleasure to deal with Blair Pointon, Kristina and Courtney. Good knowledge with regard to the property and sale requirements. Highly professional behaviour with quick reply to queries. Commendable communication between the vendor and the buyer. You will be our first choice for business in future. Thanks heaps.
Blair Pointon made selling our house a easy and quick experience with excellent results and when I contacted him from Brisbane to get an electrician in to replace some light bulbs and a power socket fixed as per new owners request after their final inspection Blair was able to deliver.. I would throughly recommend Blair Pointon as a real estate agent as he was recommended to us by our neighbour behind us as Blair sold his house as well.
