Blair is undoubtedly friendly and personable, with a solid knowledge of the local area. Initially, he communicated well and set realistic expectations for our apartment's sale timeline and price. Unfortunately, these expectations were not met, and the sale process dragged on much longer than anticipated. This misalignment became apparent during negotiations, where Blair seemed to advocate more for the buyers than for us, the sellers. His enthusiasm and communication significantly waned as time passed, leaving us uncertain about the status and next steps. The pressure to accommodate private viewings at inconvenient times, without follow-up on those leads, added to our frustration. When a low offer finally came in, Blair seemed irritated by our hesitation to accept it, which was disheartening. Overall, while Blair's initial approach was promising, we felt let down by the lack of consistent support and effective negotiation on our behalf.
