I found Billie to be very comfortable to work with, she was very engaging and let me know ahead of time any changes and how to proceed which was very helpful. Billie also arranged backup while she was away with Kate Kellet who did a fantastic job in Billie`s absence. I have found Billie to be very professional in her approach keeping a good perspective on the process.

Billie was a tremendous encourager throughout my first house sale experience. An unexpected complication did not affect her friendly, helpful and enthusiastic attitude. She maintained a high level of professionalism throughout. Billie is also supported by a great team and it was lovely to see them working together to give me an excellent result.

Billie led a high energy campaign for us and was always upbeat and encouraging. She is a great communicator and always took the time to explain and plan with us. We felt we were very much part of the process without having to take on all the stress of it. She worked really hard for us right til the final minute when the work she’d put in building relationships paid off. She has real integrity and always saw any problem or road block as a challenge. We are very glad we trusted her with the sale of our home.
