We have had the pleasure of working with Bill as a our Listing Agent for more than one Central Wellington property. Bill is always punctual, knowledgeable about the local market (he carries evidence of his research), professional and brings a level of integrity that we greatly appreciate. His communication can be relied upon and honesty/transparency assured. I have, and will, continue to highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a Agent. He has shown himself to be an asset to us both as Vendors and Buyers in recent years.

Very professional at all times The communication was regular but not over bearing .We felt they where giving 100% at all time. The mix of Bills experience and Tommy’s energy was also excellent

I worked with Bill and Angela on an estate sale which was extremely challenging and cannot say enough about the quality of their work. The property had been unoccupied for many years and its owner had made some additions and changes to the fabric and gutted the kitchen so it was obviously neither compliant nor move-in ready. Selling this into a challenging and slow market while accepting we had to deal with beneficiary expectations and protect the executors was a test of professionalism which the Tommy's team - and Bill in particular - passed with flying colours. And the after-care was outstanding. All the problems of selling were put in the shade by the activities of thieves and vandals in the final 2 weeks before settlement. Bill answered the phone call from the concerned neighbour on the weekend, and dealt with the initial flood risk from removal of water piping, was point person for repairers and provided helpful photographs to assist with the insurance claims. Being able to rely on Bill and Angela in this extremely challenging situation made all the difference. We can't say enough to commend the service we received. Thank you!!

Bill and Angela were bloody great. Super easy to deal with, kept things clear the whole way through, and actually made it kinda fun. Sharp operators but totally down-to-earth, hope to work with them again soon.
