Bill was easy to deal with, outlining the process in easy to understand language and had a great understanding of current market dynamics. We received a well thought out proposal for the selling of our property that included local and relative comparative sales giving us a solid understanding of where the market was at currently. Excellent and timely comms after open homes and often follow up comms during the week as well. Couldn't recommend more highly and will be using him and Lodge again!
