Excellent team - great result

We were moving overseas with work and had a deadline to need to have sold the house by to avoid needing to manage it from overseas. Bevan had a great understanding of our needs, where the market was at and what needed to be done to get the result we needed. This included helping us to understand the minimum items to resolve to make it saleable so we didn’t spend time and money doing things that weren’t required. In a relatively quiet market we were a little nervous but Bevan’s marketing strategy found us the buyer we needed and the house was sold before our deadline and for the price we’d discussed. Having both bought and sold a property with Bevan we’d highly recommend him to anyone.
