I had no issues in requesting them to meet with trades for quotes, including a video call settlement inspection. It was truly a breath of fresh air when we first touched base with Bev about the sale of our family home. We were expecting the same old same old - which is what we previously had with other agents - however - it was very pleasing to receive something different. Bev (& Jason) made us feel comfortable, confident and reassured that the Waller's were the right choice for us.
