Bernie was recommended to me by a friend and I wasn't disappointed. I wanted my cherished home in which my children were born and raised to be sold to people who would love it as much as we had. Bernie and Linda chose the right process (BEO), found the right buyers, and assisted them through the purchase process. And that wasn't easy given they were first home buyers and purchasing sight unseen due to Covid. With emails and video calls and stacks of photos, Bernie helped the buyers to make a great decision. For me as the seller, that was the best possible outcome... a young family getting the opportunity to purchase a wonderful and much loved first home.
