We used nrgrealty to sell my father’s house in Mt Maunganui in July -September 2019. We worked mainly with Bernadette and found she was very approachable and open to any suggestions that we made as well as making helpful suggestions of her own, particularly valued in the early “house staging “ days. She was always professional in her dealings with us and communicated with us promptly and fully throughout the whole sale process. She did not pressure us to do anything we did not feel comfortable with and was happy to work with the family’s wishes. Her husband, also part of the team, kept in close contact with my father guiding him patiently through what must at times have been a confusing process for an elderly man. Even after the sale went through Bernadette went the extra mile to assist my father in getting the house ready for the new owners, much appreciated as my brother and I both live away from the Mount.
