Our past experience with Bernadette made it a simple decision to entrust her again to market and pre-sell our latest development of 25 units. It wasn’t for the faint-hearted, it was going to a long process. We struck Covid, building materials shortage and subsequent price hikes, labour shortage and other holdups, but even after 2+ years her level of professionalism and enthusiasm didn’t waiver.
