Benita made it look easy to sell our home but she was working so hard behind the scenes. Kept us up with all that was happening. Never missed an opportunity to show the house. Even had her husband help out by bringing us chairs to fill a space I'd made in the family room. She is very professional in a friendly way. We would not hesitate to recommend her to another seller.
