Exceptional Team with a well throught out approach

Ben, Amanda and team were fabulous to work with as a seller, and achieved for me, more than I had hoped for. Their strategy is proven and gets results, and from the moment I contacted them to let them know that I was looking to sell, they sprung into action, and had me on the market within 10 days. During the process, they were communicative, keeping me up to date with feedback via multiple channels. They were responsive, and always available to answer queries. The relationship that we built lasted a couple of years, which menat when the time came for me to push the trigger, everything was seamless, and they were able to offer full service, with assisting me also with advice on my next property purchase. I can fully recommend their aution approach, and as auction time approached, they had auction day strategies, which were clearly outlined to me, that helped achieve a better than expected outcome, whilst also giving me a clear understanding of how the process would run.
