Ben helped the reviewer sell this property

Truly Superb

I had been in my family home in Ngaio for nearly 25 years. It was a very emotional decision to sell, and I looked for an agent that gave me the confidence in the care and compassion I needed and the result I was looking for. The Ben Stevens Team over-delivered. Not only are they are fantastic bunch of caring individuals, their help with the presentation of my home, the coverage they have of the market, and the ultimate result was truly outstanding and exceptional. Their communication needs a special mention as this was really important and I felt considered and informed at all stages of the process. I was in safe hands. Thank you very much.
