Selling a house that you've loved and lived in for years is a BIG DEAL. But we definitely felt that Ben and his team had our best interests at heart and wanted to get us the best outcome. Communication was open and timely and Ben or one of the team was always just a text or phone call away and ready to answer even the most mundane or panicky question. And even though we were one of a number of properties that Ben was selling at the time, we never felt like the poor relation.

We met Ben at an open home some years before we were ready to sell our house but occasionally kept in touch and knew always said that we would ask Ben to sell our home when we were ready. We never felt pressured and Ben was always available for a chat, advice or query and gave us a lot of time as we hunted for the right house to purchase before we were prepared to sell. Ben understood us and our needs and could also see how our rather unusual house would need to be marketed to the extent that the news soon picked it up and created a good story - both about the selling and the auction.
