I've spent the last 5 months looking for my next property. A search I was starting to lose faith would deliver what I wanted, and where I wanted it. During this time I strayed a little, looking at properties with different agents which resulted in connecting with others and follow up calls from them. I found myself banging my head against a wall as I was shown properties outside my price range, in the wrong areas and encouraged to go to Auctions and offer on properties only to feel I'd been lead up a dead end path.
