Professionalism, kindness, excellence and compassion!!

We bought our first home through Ben and couldn’t be happier with his work. We were looking for a family home to grow our family in and saw the property online during Level 4 lockdown. Ben conducted excellent virtual open homes (even maintaining perfect professionalism when our cat sat on the keyboard!!) and followed up with us immediately after both open homes we attended. He kept in communication with us through the lockdown and we were able to go through the house soon after we stepped down to Level 3. We immediately fell in love with the house which was perfect for our growing family. Ben was fantastic and super supportive, keeping us optimistic when the Auckland housing market was getting us down and encouraged us when we were sure the auction would go out of our budget. At Bens encouragement we put in a pre-auction offer and we are so pleased he encouraged us to. Ben led us through the process of the online auction with both professionalism but also compassion, knowing how stressful buying a first home can be on a normal day let alone in a strict lockdown. Ben was also so lovely when we won, making sure our son could come see him put the SOLD sticker on the sign. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience in the difficult circumstances and would recommend Ben to anyone, buying or selling. Our family is now living in our dream home thanks to Ben and we truly couldn’t be more appreciative!!
