Great outcome - sold in 6 days!

Great experience with Ben and Gary. They had recently sold another property in our unit complex so were capable, proactive and responsive in our working with them. We had a lot on at the time our property came to the market, and their management and direction made the whole experience seamless. We were stunned to find we had an acceptable offer within a few days, agreed within 6, and had settled in 8. A whirlwind, but the best possible outcome.
