From start to finish Ben was totally professional, he was always where he said he was going to be and spot on time, if he was going to be a bit late he would always call us. He always had a genuine smile and was interested in anything we had to say. Always smartly dressed and looking the part. We were always kept up to speed with who had visited our open homes and what they had to say. He has a lovely personality.
