Ben came along and really gave it his all. We were about to pull the pin, having no luck and then Ben came along with multiple private viewings in one week and also a viewing for us to look at as a potential buy which gave us a bit more hope. Ben was very proactive, always keeping in contact multiple times a week and letting us know honestly how the viewings went. He was always there for reassurance and was happy to help with any questions. After a bit of a tough situation, Ben worked so hard to sort it out which eventually came to a positive outcome. Would highly recommend and would sell again with Ben.
