We were surprised when Ben walked down our long drive, our property is at the end of a road, down a very steep hill. Nobody walks down our drive. We found out later he had walked down the hill from the "private road" sign and walked back up. We were planning on putting our property on the market in the next few months, so his timing was good. His friendly but highly professional approach was impressive from the get-go. We had had some other agents out giving appraisals, but Ben and the Oliver Road package offered far more. We weren't disappointed, Ben gave us a 'to do list' to prepare the property, he even helped with the weed eating. A big job mid summer. We agreed a marketing start date for the intensive 4 week campaign. We were impressed with the wide coverage of the campaign.
