It is with great pleasure that I write this review of Ben and his work, with regard the sale of our family home. From my first meeting with Ben, he showed himself to be genuine, professional and helpful in all respects. His presentation at our first meeting was informative, comprehensive and relaxed, and he was the shining light in the group of 5 agents we had asked for an appraisal. During the sale process, his manner and personality, and ability to, at times, work around us, validated our decision to work with him, and gave us a wonderful perspective, as to how any potential buyer may be feeling on their side of the process. And so Ben, my hat is off to you, you handled yourself in a way that any seller/buyer would find extremely pleasing, and we can't thank you enough....
