We feel they had good knowledge of the market and whilst trying to get the best outcome for us, were realistic and kept us informed.. We liked the great communication and felt the process was well organised. Great communication and assistance from McKenzie also. We felt that Ben and Joelle worked hard on our behalf, ensuring that we were happy with the outcome. The only negative, was that we felt it wasn't clarified that from the date of signing there was the period before the conditions were met in addition to the period after.
