Ben was always polite and professional. He was excellent keeping up the communication. Even ringing to say he didn't have an answer yet, but hoped to in the next couple of hours. I really appreciated being up to date at every step. There were some things that were new to us, through Tall Poppy and Ben always explained it in a way I could understand. Excellent service with a smile.
