Ben has helped guide us the the process and shared his experience in the industry freely. We had a few stumbling blocks along the way, but with guidance we got through with Ben being very helpful and coming up with some suggestions to get us across the line. He managed to keep both buyer and seller on track even when the deal looked like it could fall over, with thinking outside the square.
