Clear communicator

As a buyer, we found Ben to be very helpful throughout the process of purchasing our new home. He communicated promptly and clearly with us at all times, was flexible in meeting our requests for viewings, and gave us the time and space to 'experience' the property on different days / times of the day prior to making our offer. We particularly appreciate the fact that he never rushed us and we didn't feel at all pressurised, as we have with other agents in the past.
