Ben provided us with all the guidance, knowledge and professionalism that was required and more. We had little experience with selling houses having been in ours for 23 years and Ben listened really well to what we wanted and understood our situation. He gave us excellent advice for preparing our property for sale, and kept us well informed all along the way sharing his knowledge openly. The end result was exactly what we were hoping for and the whole sales process from start to finish went like clockwork because Ben planned and prepared ourselves and the buyers so well.
