Billy and Bella from Ray White did a fantastic job selling our property at 15 Rota Close. We had over 56 groups through during the campaign and successfully sold at auction, with multiple conditional offers also waiting in the wings. Billy went above and beyond, personally approaching neighbours, regularly following up leads and giving us detailed feedback from everyone who attended. He also gave us great advice on how to present the property at its best and made sure the right supporting documentation was available so buyers could complete their due diligence and be ready for auction. Billy was a huge help throughout the negotiation process and kept us well informed every step of the way. We would happily recommend Billy and Bella to anyone looking to sell.

Bella Te Kiri was wonderful to work with and made a great impression from the beginning. She was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and reliable, with quick response times and a genuine commitment to helping me throughout the process. Her approachable nature and positive attitude made everything smooth and enjoyable, and I would be very happy to work with her again in the future.

I've recently sold my property and had an excellent experience with Bella as my agent. She is an excellent communicator and in particular, was greatly helpful to me in the negotiation stage of the sale. Her clear and honest communication style gave me confidence through negotiations and helped reach a price that the buyer and I were happy with. I highly recommend Bella for your real estate needs.

Bella was a breath of fresh air with lots of energy and enthusiasm. With her partner in crime Billy Russell they delivered on the challenge. Nga mihi to Bella for the Sale of my property.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience working with Bella and Billy! They went above and beyond, not only selling our home but also finding us a new place to buy. Their professionalism, knowledge, and dedication made the entire process smooth and stress-free. From start to finish, Bella and Billy kept us informed, handled every detail with care, and always made us feel like we were their top priority. They really understood what we were looking for, and their negotiation skills were top-notch. If you’re looking for someone who’s brilliant at what they do and who genuinely cares about their clients, look no further. Highly recommend!

The experience that I had with Bella and Billy was second to none, they kept me informed and made the process enjoyable. I had a difficult start with a different company, once I changed over I went from no traction to all action. They are a team that not only listen to you, they explain everything so you know what is happening, and you will have plenty of laughs along the way. Anyone looking to sell your house look no further than these two! Thanks guys it has been a blast!!!
