From the first meeting, Belinda and Sam were well-prepared with a good appraisal of the market, the area and our property. They were very professional, supportive and responsive. Just one day after signing with them a death in the family interrupted our plans; they were very understanding and compassionate and quickly adapted the marketing plan to allow for the unexpected delay. Overall, we found them friendly, helpful, and a real pleasure to work with. We would use them again and absolutely recommend them.
