Just after I listed my property for sale over six months of road works started outside my house. The road was dug up, there was no parking on the street, and dust and noise were excessive. It was not easy for people to get onto the property for viewing, but Belinda persisted with open homes. As the year proceeded I found it more and more difficult to keep a positive outlook, but Belinda and Sam were working hard in the background and refused to give up. They kept me well-informed throughout the entire sale process. Belinda and Sam did an amazing job despite market conditions, and I would absolutely engage Belinda again. I have already recommended her to a family member, and she sold his property quickly, and for a very good price. I have no hesitation in continuing to recommend Belinda to any prospective seller. She is professional, knowledgeable, very friendly, and fun to have around!
