After attending a few auctions and feeling a little disillusioned with the home buying process, Belinda took the stress out finding properties. As soon as i found a property I liked, we were locked down in Covid 19 Level 4. I though I would have to wait till we went back to level 2, but Belinda guided me through a very surreal process of bidding at auction in lockdown, and ensuring all the new requirements around Covid 19 were met. I was able to move into my new home as soon as we moved Covid restriction levels. We used Belinda Cairns to sell our house in Papamoa during a very uncertain time just prior to Covid-19. We met with Belinda a couple of times before engaging her services.
