Bel was great! I communicated with Bel on several other properties also, before purchasing this one. She was always very knowledgeable and informative. Any extra info I requested or questions I had, Bel would send through responses very quickly. As this was my first time buying, Bel was awesome at explaining everything i.e the different types of sales and how the processes worked.
