Becky's manner was shy but pleasant and helpful. Together with Matt Bowie, she gave good information for the estimated sale price. She efficiently sorted out a problem with keys for the house and found a plumber to fix a problem with the toilet. The one issue I had was slow/lack of a weekly activity report.
Always bright and cheerful. Listened to our requirements and searched to forfil them. Becky would call just to check we had no concerns or questions during the process of selling and new purchase.
