House hunting, at least for first time buyers like us, can be a stressful experience. Auckland agents tend to an extreme: either dismissive or caffeinated. Barry, however, was relaxed. He answered emails promptly, provided needed information, didn't pressure and arranged his schedule to suit ours. In short, he acted as an agent should.
