I am very happy that I went with Barbara. She was very good to me, especially at listening to all my needs and requirements, which I much appreciated, especially as an elder person/female on my own. She also kept myself, nephew and niece up-to-date on all movement and interest in the property. Barbara also was very helpful with the sale at the end when we ran into a few small issues. Barbara’s enthusiasm shone through right from the start, and we have no doubt that this was a major factor in us getting what we considered to be a very good price for our house. The property is a lifestyle house on an urban section, but Barbara really ‘got it’, and we always felt she was excited to be working for us – and we always felt she was working for us. The property looked fantastic on the photographs and video, communication was clear, our questions were answered promptly, and Barbara had obviously considered potential purchasers carefully; all of them loved the house, and half of them put in offers – a pretty high ‘strike rate’.
