Barb is a six star agent! reliable, committed and fabulous communication skills. Her local knowledge of the market and the professionalism in her dealings are a definite strong point, but not the only great attributes. I have been a buyer and a seller with her, and would highly recommend her to anyone! Thank you Barb, for an awesome job once again!

After listing the property in Dec 2021, the market has hit a low and it has been tough to obtain finance. However, Barb stuck with it for over 2.5 years and has finally found a purchaser and closed the deal at a reasonable price in Aug 2023. Thanks Barb for your persistence and believe in us!

Barb has been wonderful to deal with. Really friendly and helpful and has been going above and beyond to assist us even further. We really appreciate her great service and would highly recommend Barb if you are selling or buying a property!

Barb has and was an amazing helping during my sale process. It was a difficult time for me, and I lived 3 hours away. Barb was supportive and tried every avenue to get me the best price possible in a tough market. Barbs communication was always, quick, ongoing and helpful informing me of what was happening and the progress of any interest in my home. Thank you so much Barb, I would not hesitate in recommending Barb to anyone that needed a great agent in her area.

Thank you, Barb for the work you did selling our house. We were very grateful for your support and knowledge during the process. A great outcome and we are happy vendors! We chose Barb to sell as we had received very good feedback when we started thinking about selling and our decision was confirmed as the right one by Barbs actions during the marketing and sale process. Barb was very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and professional. Great communication, she kept in touch throughout. She guided us through the process, she was open and honest and she proffered great suggestions on the most effective marketing process for our house, saving us considerable expense. Barb has a good understanding of the property market, and she works hard for her clients. We would highly recommend Barb.

Barb was very easy to work with. As I am very unfamiliar with the property buying situation, Barb was able to put me at ease with the process and possibly all the questions in the world. Never once made me feel inadequate and having a realtor who is not only extremely genuine and knowledgeable but a great human, made this entire experience seamless and enjoyable. Could not recommend her enough!

Barb. To start with she has a kind and good heart and is highly passionate about her profession, very knowledgeable. As I was new to this property-buying market the way she guided me step by step and was patient enough to answer all my silly questions about buying. Personally, she guided me like her Son. Gave me genuine advice and maintained a very good bond between seller and buyer. And by giving me some suggestions which helped me save some $$$ during the whole process of buying. I would strongly recommend her to my friends and family. Likewise, who is reading this comment on her? If I want to finish off with the word it would be "Trustworthy". Hope this helps. Thanks for reading.

BARB HAS BEEN EXCELLENT TO WORK WITH, CALM WHEN THINGS DONT ALWAYS GO TO PLAN AND I WOULD CERTAINLY USE HER AGAIN.CHEERS DOUG ROBERTSON
