We had a particularly challenging property and on top of that we had relocated out of the district adding to the challenge. Barb was incredibly supportive with a number of challenges we faced. In spite of the challenges Barb bought forward a number of great purchaser. Without Barb's support and professionalism we would really have struggled. We would have not hesitation in recommending Barb for any trying to sell their property in the area. Thanks again Barb!

Barb worked incredibly hard in, arguably, a tough economic time in Tokoroa and the Country at large. Great communicator at all times, and very pleased to see the property move.

Barb was so helpful with our first home purchase. So helpful with each step and guided us all the way.

We recently worked with Barb McMullen to sell my father-in-law’s home in Tokoroa, while we are based in Hamilton, and she made the whole process incredibly easy and stress-free. The house wasn’t on the market long at all, and Barb kept us updated when needed without overwhelming us with constant calls or emails. Communication was straightforward, honest, and efficient. What really stood out was how helpful she was beyond just the sale itself — even assisting with organising the exit clean, which took a huge weight off our shoulders during a busy time. We really appreciated Barb’s professionalism, practical support, and down-to-earth approach. Would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to sell in Tokoroa.

Had a good experience working with Barb McMullen. She communicated clearly, kept me informed throughout, and showed strong knowledge of the market. Her negotiation skills were excellent, and she handled everything professionally. Not happy with the agency as I signed the listing agreement with the condition that the commission should be flat 3% GST included. But i was charged commission with GST, which is not fair.

Barb McMullen recently sold my property, and I’m very pleased with the outcome. The market conditions meant it took a bit longer than expected, but Barb stayed focused and ultimately delivered a successful sale. Her communication throughout the process was excellent — always timely, clear, and reassuring. I chose Barb because of a positive experience I had with her five years ago when I attempted to buy a home. Even though that purchase didn’t go ahead, she treated me with genuine respect and guided me through the process at a time when I was young and inexperienced. That professionalism stayed with me, and it’s exactly why I trusted her with selling my home.

Barb was great to deal with, informative and friendly. Would recommend to others.

Barb sold me this property 5 years ago and has just sold it for me. Based on my experience with Barb when I bought it she was the first agent I rang when I decided to sell and she has been excellent again. Thanks Barb.

Barb McMullen was extremely helpful from start to finish and made the entire process much easier than it would have otherwise been. Would definitely recommend to future first home buyers.

A+++++ Service from Barb. Barb made the process of selling our house hassle free. She kept us informed throughout the process. Right from the start you felt heard and her knowledge was invaluable with making decisions. We really appreciated the hard work she put into this deal and would highly recommend her to others.
