Baljit sold our house for us at the end of 2021 when not only was it a December 2021 auction (due to lock down), interest rates were on a rise so it was a bit of a changing market. Despite this we sold at auction and were very happy with our result. Along the way Baljit was great to deal with. Always helpful. He even put us in touch with trade people when required as we were still finishing off some renovations. We would highly recommend Baljit and would not hesitate to use again in the future.
